Shredding pounds off my body with a blunt object

Yes, I’ve joined the ‘biggest loser’ masses… I started the 30 Day Shred DVD with Jillian Michaels last night, and MAN am I feeling it today!! All you do is work out 20 min a day, every day, increasing to one of three levels each 10 days or so. She works you so hard though, I had to take a couple breaks. I am excited about the possibility of seeing massive results in such a short amount of time, so I’ll keep y’alls posted.

Side note, she kind of reminds me of my (younger) step-sister so it’s a little weird having her bark orders at me.
